Readability Center is a remediation center that helps children improve their literacy skills.

Readability Center believes literacy skills improve when
– the remediation program is designed specifically to address the learner’s needs
– literacy skills are taught developmentally and explicitly
– the teaching strategy matches the learner’s needs
– a variety of quality literature and teaching materials are used
– the learner is having fun discovering the world through literature

Readability Center’s Reading Assesment uses informal testing tools and inventories to indetify the student’s listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. The result will be used in designing the Reading Remediation program.

The Reading Remediation program is designed to improve found weaknesses resulting from a reading assessment or diagnostic teaching. Literacy skills and strategies are taught systematically and explicitly. Reading Remediation may be in Filipino or English.

Math becomes difficult for more students because they may need an understanding of mathematical concepts learned in school. The Math Remediation aims to explain these concepts as they process and solve word problems
